Terms and Conditions


Please read the following terms and conditions of sale carefully before ordering products from us:


When purchasing goods from us, you are agreeing to the following terms of sale. Our terms and conditions do not replace or affect your statutory rights. In the context of this document the use of the words "you" and "your" refer to the customer and "we", "us" and "our" refer to Alexander Motorcycles Limited.

1. Acceptance of Order

I.  A contract for the sale of product(s) that you have ordered from will only be created once we have emailed to confirmation that your order has been despatched.

II. Orders will not be despatched until satisfactory payment has been made and cleared, by whichever means you have chosen, credit/debit card or cheque.

III. Orders are subject to availability and we will contact you in the event of a stock issue before proceeding with the transaction.

IV. We will not be legally bound by any factual or typographical errors on the website or other promotional materials.

2. Price and Delivery

I. The total price you will pay for the goods ordered is the total final checkout price shown at the time of payment. This will be duplicated in the email confirmation, including all shipping charges and VAT.  In the event that a single item exceeds 25kg in weight then the total will be ammended via email and charged by return conformation from the customer.

II. If the goods are not available for immediate despatch (during our normal hours of business) from our premises, we will contact you stating any delays or availability issues. Based on availability issues you are entitled to cancel your order and you will receive a full refund of any monies paid. Where goods become available for delivery at different times, we will notify you of this fact and we reserve the right to deliver them in stages.

III. Once the product(s) has been delivered to your delivery address, you will store them at your own risk and as such will be liable for their loss or destruction. We will not be liable for the loss or destruction of the goods once they have been delivered to your delivery address.

IV. If you decide you do not require the goods, you may return the goods to us within 14 days from the date on which you received them provided they are returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Please be aware you will be responsible for the return postage costs. The item cost will be refunded once we are satisfied the product(s) are in perfect condition in their original packaging. The shipping costs incurred on despatch to the customer will not be refunded.

V. In the event the product(s) being returned were specially ordered a handling fee of up to 15% for the return of product(s) will be charged prior to refund.

VI. We shall refund the purchase price, less any due handling fees, of the goods within 30 days of the order being cancelled or returned. If any goods are returned damaged we reserve the right to levy a charge proportionate with our costs of processing the sale.

VII. When you place your order online a confirmation of order email will be sent to you and a further confirmation will be sent at the time of despatch. Your order should arrive within not more than 28 working days of dispatch. This maximum delivery period shall have elapsed before we will consider claims for lost in transit consignments.

3. Liability and Disclaimer

To fullest extent permitted at law and except in respect of death and personal injury caused by negligence by ourselves or our employees we shall not be liable to you by reason of any representation (unless fraudulent), or any implied warranty condition or other term or any duty at common law or under express terms of the contract for any indirect, special or consequential loss or damage (whether for loss of profit or otherwise), costs, expenses or other claims for compensation whatsoever (whether caused by negligence on our part or our employees, agents or otherwise) which arise from or in relation with the use of the website, the supply of goods or their use by you, and our entire liability under or in connection with the contract shall not exceed the price of the goods, except expressly provided in these conditions. This does not affect your statutory rights.

4. Force Majeure

We reserve the right to delay delivery, cancel the order outright or reduce the quantity of the products ordered by you (without any liability to you) if we are delayed or prevented trading normally, due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control including without limitation: acts of God; actions of governmental departments; war; national emergency; civil commotion; riot; fire; flood; explosion; epidemic; lock out; strikes or other labour disputes (whether or not related to either party's work force or not); or restraints or delays affecting carriers; or delay or inability in acquiring stocks. Provided that if the event in question continues for a continuous period in excess of 14 days, you shall be entitled to give us notice in writing (inclusive of email) to terminate the order.

5. Invalidity

In the event that any clause in this contract is deemed to be unenforceable, the enforceability of any other part of these conditions will not be affected.

6. Variation

These terms and conditions cannot be varied unless recorded in writing and signed by an authorised agent representing Alexander Motorcycles Ltd

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with English law
